The American Heart Association’s Full Code Pro (FCP 3.4) is a mobile app specifically designed for documenting critical interventions during cardiac arrest resuscitation events. It provides a user-friendly interface that allows healthcare providers to efficiently record important information without compromising patient care.

One notable feature of FCP 3.4 is the inclusion of a user controlled metronome, which can be adjusted to maintain a CPR rate between 100 and 120 bpm. This feature enables users to monitor and improve their performance in providing effective CPR.

By using this real-time app to log actions, healthcare providers can enhance the availability and accuracy of documentation during resuscitation events. This, in turn, facilitates more effective review, debriefing, and resuscitation quality improvement efforts. FCP 3.4 also offers a customizable drug list pre-populated with common cardiac arrest drugs, as well as lists of common events and rhythms.

It is highly recommended to back up all log files in your database and remove older versions of FCP prior to installing this new version. Please note that log files and data from version 2.0 and 2.2 will not transfer to Version 3.4.

FCP 3.4 is intended for use by various healthcare professionals including paramedics, EMT-Bs, emergency room nurses, emergency room physicians, and other healthcare providers both in- and out-of-hospital.
